I returned this item and did not even receive confirmation that it has been received and processed. I did have spoken to someone on the phone a day before about the pick-up time and schedule and we confirmed the details. I also have not received the refund yet. Hope you can improve your returns and exchange process.

I’m generally satisfied with my purchase. The website is user friendly and the delivery was very quick, just few hours after I’ve made an order. My only suggestion would be to give an option to subscribe and get some small discount for the first time customer. :)
