Shipping policy

Dubai Deliveries 

• Dubai customers may pay on delivery by selecting Card On Delivery or Cash On Delivery at checkout but this will incur a AED 15 surcharge. 
• Please note if you have selected Cash On Delivery and would like to return any items, we DO NOT refund cash. You would be eligible for an exchange or store credit. 
• Dubai customers may pay online or use Tabby or Postpay  to Buy Now, Pay Later.
• Your order will be delivered by one of our helpful Sand Dollar drivers or in some cases via Quipup. 
• Your order will be delivered same day within 3hrs if you are selecting that service. 
• For same day delivery, you will need to order before 4pm GST.
• Last deliveries will be made no later than 7pm. 
  
• We deliver everyday even on public holidays!
• Returns are accepted on full price & sale items within 14 days of purchase. View our Return Policy

Abu Dhabi Deliveries

• Abu Dhabi customers may pay online or use Tabby or Postpay to Buy Now, Pay Later.
• Your order will be delivered by DHL or our own Sand Dollar drivers. 
• For same day delivery, orders must be received by 12pm GST. Same Day Delivery is free on all orders over 1000 AED. Orders received after 12pm GST will be scheduled next day. 
• Orders under 1000 AED, will be subject to a 25 AED delivery fee. 
• Last deliveries will be made no later than 7pm. 
  
• We deliver everyday excluding UAE Public Holidays.
• Returns are accepted on full price & sale items within 14 days of purchase. View our Return Policy

UAE, GCC, ROW Deliveries

• KSA & UAE customers may use Tabby or Postpay to Buy Now, Pay Later.
• We use Quipup for our domestic deliveries (excluding Dubai) & DHL for international deliveries.
• For next day delivery in UAE, you will need to order before 3pm GST.
• We ship worldwide, although due to recent regulations, we are unable to ship to Qatar, Israel, Russia or Ukraine. We apologise for the any inconvenience. 
• An email with tracking number will be sent when your order has shipped.
• Duties & taxes are NOT included in the price of your shipping fee and will be subject to duties & taxes at the time of delivery and are your own responsibility. 
• Any post-shipment services, such as change of address or re-scheduling of delivery, would be at the customer's expense.

General Information

• Sand Dollar Dubai will not provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
• Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
• Delivery times are an approximation only. We will do our very best to get your order to you within those times. However, on the rare occasion, there may be circumstances that we cannot control that may delay these times.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time or on any UAE public holiday will be processed on the next UAE business day.
