With Sand Dollar Dubai’s Try Before You Buy service, you can select up to AED 8,000 worth of clothing and swimwear. Pay a AED 200 service fee upfront and we’ll deliver your items to your door. Our driver will wait up to 30 minutes while you try everything on at home. Return what you don’t want immediately and pay only for what you keep.

Yes, you can try on swimwear as part of our Try Before You Buy service, as long as:

undergarments are worn during the fitting
the hygiene sticker remains in place

Any swimwear returned without proper hygiene protection will be charged in full.

Yes. A AED 200 service fee is required before delivery. Once you place your order, we’ll send you a secure payment link via email or WhatsApp. Your delivery will be scheduled after the service fee is paid. This covers the cost of our personal delivery and fitting service. However, if you choose to keep AED 1,000 or more worth of items, the AED 200 fee will be deducted from your final payment. If you keep less or return everything, the service fee is non refundable.

Nearly everything is available for you to choose for your Try Before You Buy service. The only exclusions are items that can’t be returned for hygiene reasons. This includes suncream, skincare and jewelry. If you are unsure about anything don't hesitate to reach out to us on +971558924600.

Our driver will wait up to 30 minutes while you try on your selected pieces, including clothing and swimwear, at home.

Once you’ve decided what to keep, you can pay our driver immediately via card or cash. If you keep AED 1,000 or more, the AED 200 service fee is applied as a discount on your total.

You have no obligation to keep anything and you won’t be charged for the clothing or swimwear that you tried on, but the AED 200 service fee is non-refundable unless you keep AED 1,000 or more worth of items.
