Incorrect Size

Delivery was prompt and polite. Online the product I ordered was 400ml and what I received was 75ml. I notified and was told it was a mistake and offered to pay extra for the other item but the item was lower priced elsewhere. I was not offered any apology for this or the offer to return and refund my money in full. Product was advertised as full size to entice and order and even if an honest mistake it should have been honoured as what I paid for and bought vs what I received are two different things. Admin errors by the company should not cost your customers.
