Fast Delivery from Dubai, Wherever You Are

• Dubai customers may pay on delivery by selecting Card On Delivery or Cash On Delivery at checkout but they will incur a AED 15 surcharge
• Please note, if you choose Cash On Delivery you will NOT be able to get a refund, only credit note or exchange.
• Dubai customers may pay online or use Tabby to Buy Now, Pay Later.
• Deliveries are sent out with our own friendly, helpful Sand Dollar drivers or in some cases Quiqup or Aramex
• For same day delivery, you will need to order before 4pm GST. We have a AED25 delivery fee that will ensure your order gets to you before 7pm that same day or a AED 40 shipping fee that will ensure your order will be delivered to you within 3hrs.
• For next day delivery, there is no charge on any amount but you will be deducted AED 25 from your refund if you return ALL items in your order.
• Last deliveries will be made no later than 8pm.
• We deliver everyday even during the UAE Public Holidays.
• Returns are accepted on full price & sale items within 14 days of purchase. View our Return Policy. This does not include items bought in our Bargains facebook group.
• During any FLASH SALE online, NO Card/Cash or Try Before you Buy will be available and we accept exchange or credit note only if you are returning items.
• During any FLASH SALE online, we cannot guarantee same delivery, therefore there will only be the Next Day Delivery option.

• Abu Dhabi customers may pay online with their card or can use Tabby to Buy Now, Pay Later.
• We may use Aramex & DHL courier to deliver your order where you will be provided a tracking number or our friendly in house drivers will deliver your order.
• For same day delivery, orders must be received by 12pm GST and your order value must be over 1000 AED. This option will be AED 40 fee. Orders received after 12pm GST will be scheduled next day.
• Orders under 1000 AED, will be subject to a 25 AED delivery fee and the order will be delivered next day when you order before 3pm GST.
• Last deliveries will be made no later than 8pm.
• We deliver everyday excluding UAE Public Holidays.

Countries with Duties & Taxes Included (DDP)

For selected countries, all duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout.

• There are no additional customs charges to pay on delivery.
• The total you see at checkout includes your items plus the applicable duties and taxes, even if these are not shown as separate charges.
• Your order will be delivered without you needing to pay any additional import fees.

Please note:

• If you return your order, the duties and taxes paid to import your goods are non-refundable.
• Your refund will be for the value of the returned items less any non-refundable duties, taxes, customs charges and applicable return shipping costs, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
• This means the refund you receive may be lower than the total amount originally paid.

Countries without Duties & Taxes Included (DDU)

For all other international destinations, duties and taxes are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

• Duties, taxes and customs charges are determined by your country's customs authority.
• These charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid before your order can be delivered.
• Sand Dollar Dubai has no control over these charges and cannot advise how much they will be.

If you refuse to pay these charges:

• The shipment may be returned to us by the courier.
• Any return shipping costs, return delivery charges, duties, taxes and customs fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Customs Charges

Please note that customs authorities and couriers do not automatically refund duties and taxes once they have been paid to import your order.

For this reason, any duties, taxes or customs charges paid to import your order are non-refundable, regardless of whether the order is returned.

• We use DHL & Aramex for our domestic (excluding Abu Dhabi & Dubai) & international deliveries. All deliveries are tracked.
• We ship worldwide, although due to recent regulations, we are unable to ship to certain countries and there may be possible delays. We apologise for the any inconvenience.
• An email with tracking number will be sent when your order has shipped.
• Sand Dollar Dubai is not responsible for any duties or taxes you may be charged upon arrival. The shipping fee we charge covers the shipping cost only, your country may be eligible to charge you duties and taxes. This will be charged separately to you upon arrival of your order.
• Any post-shipment services, such as change of address or re-scheduling of delivery, would be at the customer's expense. if the order is refused upon delivery and is returned for us, you will be charged all costs which will be deducted from your refund.

• Sand Dollar Dubai will not provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
• Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
• Delivery times are an approximation only. We will do our very best to get your order to you within those times. However, on the rare occasion, there may be circumstances that we cannot control that may delay these times.
