1) About Us

We operate physical retail stores across the UAE and an online store that ships internationally.

2) Scope & Eligibility

• We sell to consumers for personal use (not for resale).
• No specific age restriction applies; by purchasing you confirm you are legally authorised to use your chosen payment method.
• These Terms apply to purchases made in our UAE stores and on our website.

3) Orders & Payment

• Payment methods: Most major cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal (availability varies by country). Online payments are processed by Adyen.
• Cash/Card on Delivery (Dubai only): Available within Dubai with a AED 15 surcharge. Outside Dubai, full payment is required at checkout.
• Prices and availability are subject to change. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel and issue a refund for any amount paid.
• For security, we may verify orders and decline or cancel where fraud is suspected.

4) Shipping & Delivery

• UAE — Dubai: 3-hour delivery (selected areas) or next-day delivery.
• UAE — Abu Dhabi: Same-day or next-day delivery (subject to area and cut-off times).
• International: Shipped with Aramex. Estimated 2–7 working days depending on destination. Some countries (e.g., active war zones) may not be serviceable.
• Duties & taxes: For the UK, we cover customs and duties. For all other countries, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and fees.

5) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Return window: 14 days from receipt.
• Condition: Items must be unused, with all original tags attached and the security label intact and unbroken. Packaging should be in original condition.
• Hygiene rules: Swimwear must be tried on with the hygiene sticker in place; jewellery cannot be tried on or returned for hygiene reasons.
• Non-returnable: Suncream/skincare, jewellery, and gift cards.
• Refunds: We do not refund delivery charges. International orders are non-refundable.
• UAE returns logistics: We can arrange collection in Dubai. For Abu Dhabi returns, please take items to our Saadiyat store: view on Google Maps.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/provider.

6) Gift Cards

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable (except where required by law).
• Please treat gift cards like cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

• Images & colours: We aim for accuracy, but colours can vary by device and lighting.
• Third-party links: We are not responsible for the content or policies of external sites linked from our website.
• Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the price paid for the product in question.

9) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai (onshore UAE).

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Changes are effective on posting unless otherwise stated.
