What Is The Cut Off Time For Same Day Appointments?
- 1pm. We will make every attempt to process your appointment on the same day; however, orders placed after 1pm are subject to driver availability.
What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?
- After you've finalised your order, payment is due on delivery. We accepted AED & USD, as well as most major credit/ debit cards.
Is There A Restocking Fee?

What If I Need To Reschedule My Appointment?
- Customers may reschedule their appointment free of charge, a minimum of one hour in advance, by calling us at +97145516211 during business hours.
- If a customer needs to reschedule the same appointment again, 50 AED Deposit will be forfeited.
What If An Item Is Damaged?
- In the rare event you were presented with a damaged item, please notify our driver immediately and we will arrange delivery of the correct item.
